Cocoon Wellbeing Limited, trading as Happence is a private mental health company that coaches in mental health and wellbeing.

Happence is owned and operated by Cocoon Wellbeing Limited in England and Wales under company number 11839672. The registered office is: Grenville Court, Britwell Road Burnham Bucks SL1 8DF, United Kingdom.

3. Liability of content and limitation

Happence is a technology platform. All content posted by the account holders are the opinions of the account holders relating to their inclusive circumstances which differs in everyone.

This website and the content itself is provided on a free of charge basis. By accessing the site, you agree you are accessing and making use of the website, content at your own risk.

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
